| Should I watch Pupa? I remember the constant delays it was getting seasons back and the... Unwarranted hype it received but can it really be that bad? Yes, I think you should watch it for "historic" reasons. The latest episode is probably the worst episode of any anime I've ever saw. Each episode is only 4 minutes long, so it won't take long to watch. At the very least, watch episode 6. It is "must-watch" bad, imo. |

| The lowest rated anime was only scored by less than 600 people though. Pupa has ten times the audience. I don't know that much about statistics or whatever but I think that affects things...(like you can't say as many people thought Hanoka was bad or something). |

| I checked the manga when the anime was first announced and yeah, I found it to be crap. That's why I didn't intend to watch the anime, but seeing this thread made me change my mind. Now I absolutely must help Pupa take that no. 1 spot! |

I'm putting my hopes on the fact that it's just one cour and 3-minutes long, so there may be more chance for even those people who dropped it early on to have given it a 3-episode chance. Good Lord, I'm putting way too much thought into this. I've never cared about scores on MAL, but no matter how stupid this seems, but something shounen-esque in me actually genuinely wishes for Pupa to take the throne. I've even convinced several friends I knew would hate it to give it a go for the sake of this noble cause. xD |

| I find it interesting and enjoyable. The main problem is that it's too short, counting the opening and the ending. And talking about short series, there are worse anime series than Pupa, one example is Inferno Cop, I don't even know if I could call that an anime. |

You will probably disagree, but I think there is a great difference between a parody series like Inferno Cop that makes fun of everything and anything and is very self-aware of what it is, and series like Pupa that tries very hard to be be dark, deep and shocking, but instead becomes the "unintentional comedy". |
