I mean i hope gemini not translate name folders and images in .json files in www/data in main folder of game.

In img/system is image 終了.png (end/exit?) and img\pictures\おさわり file 射精.png (Ejaculation, Climax?)... It needs translate..maybe
Perhaps it's a sprite, like random words, sounds, and events (such as ejaculation or climax from characters) that occur.

So I found out the problem is that if you lose at any point in the best out of 3, you will instantly hit that -400k yen. Drawing is fine but losing is a instant RIP. Save scum
Nah, without finding it in the actual code we can only quess how it works and you are not right. I heard about this problem beforehand, but managed to avoid it for the first 20 attempts straight simply because I was lucky.
Later, I also encountered it A LOT, so I have different thesis.To me it seems like the rock-paper-scissors isn't fully random, but randomly selects out of sets of algorithms, where some of them are "buggy". Those buggy algorithms return -400k even if you promptly win, 2:0. On the other hand, if you manage to get the working algorithm, you can win 2:1 with unlimited draws and still get 100k.
I'm also not sure how much it is an actual "bug" and how much it is intended. Those "working" algorithms are suprisingly easy to beat – you can be just constantly clicking "scissors" or "paper" and the lady will lose on purpose.
On the other hand, the "buggy" algorithms are really hard having unnaturally high amount of draws and I think you are not supposed to win them. That's why you get the -400k if you manage to do so.
However, this all is just my guess based on the lady constatly saying: "Think carefully about why you lost."

So does anybody have any idea how to play this game and get more scenes? No matter what I do I cannot make it past the first 5 scenes from the gallery and unlock more.
I finished the game up to day 30, started new game, cheated stats with save editor and still nothing.
People say there is like a route system and its hard to get on a specific route, but nothing I try seems to work.
Also, still getting missing file errors. Even after unpacking game with Japanese encoding and using app locale.

Then in the Variables>data>@a information about the game state are stored.
59 - Is the number of days. So you can cheat into day 29 to easily go to day 30.
61 - And few numbers down are her stats. So 61 is likability, 63 fear, 64 Sexual experience etc.
79 - Is money. So you can easily give yourself a bunch, especially if it glitches out thru mini game.
One thing to note is that sometimes for these changes to appear, you need to use skip function in game or do other action for numbers in game to update.
After testing I realized that main gallery data is stored within specific game save and not the main/common saves.
So somewhere in your save, there is a gallery data. If you find it you may be able to unlock it.
But finding the script for unlocking scenes in-game might be better.
Good luck though, there's too much variables in these saves.
